Your mission

You support the strategic human resources planning
You design digital recruiting campaigns
You establish GLOSUS as a sustainable employer brand on relevant platforms and social media channels
You coordinate and conduct interviews with talents
You organize and optimize onboarding processes
You support our GLOSUS team newbies
You create and structure digital learning content
You organize the team equipment
You take over sub-projects independently

Your profile

You are studying business administration, psychology or a comparable study program
You ideally have some experience in the field of human resources
You are interested in the topics of organization, talent management, employer branding and social media
You can handle high demands well
You work in a structured, detailed and results-oriented way
You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
You have very good German and good English skills
